So, I've just recent figured out that procrastination is never a good thing- just kidding, I knew that for a while... haha! :laughing: Sorry that it took me so long to update this thing! I'm already past two months into my relationship with my new boyfriend, and none of you even knew! :no: Turns out that the concert was one of the best nights of my life, and things just... well, "floated" from there. (Yea, I should probably stop making the corny Modest Mouse references.) =P

SO, it turns out that the Ritz Camera and Imaging store that I was working at went out of business in April. ;( I know, it's been a while and I never took the time out to mention anything. Turns out that I really miss working there and being around other people who truly enjoy doing what I do. Perhaps that is part of the reason why it seems like I've been idle for a while, and now if I want any decent prints done I have to drive forty miles out of my way to get them. Out of the tons of stores that were in business in the chain, they only left a few open. Needless to say, bankruptcy sucks big time. I'll admit that I never was much of a saleswoman, but that's not the point. I miss my friends. :heart:

... However, I got a job at the same Boscov's store where Ritz was stationed, so not to worry- I still have a job. Speaking of which, I really need to start getting my name out there. I would love to work at a studio right now.

As for my "discovery," I have figured out that I want to be a modeling photographer. My passion is with portraits and pretty people, so what other way is there to go? :)

No matter what happens, I will continue to keep photography alive in my heart; forever and always. Losing Ritz has made me realize that not enough people appreciate photography, or are willing to spend enough money.
